*Monthly pricing posted above requires either a 3-year, except Smart Camera and Smart Automation Plus plans, which only qualify for a 3-year term. Pricing posted includes a $10 discount available to existing TELUS or Koodo Mobility post-paid customers and TELUS residential customers with qualifying products who have not subscribed to SmartHome services in the past 90 days. Discounts are applied on the SHS plan and TELUS reserves the right to remove mobility discounts if customer no longer meets eligibility requirements. Regular price of SHS applies after 36 or 60 months. Regular price (without bundle discounts) of monthly rate plans are: $35/month for Smart Automation Plus plan, $47/month for Secure, $57/month for Control plan. A cancellation fee applies for early termination of the 3-year or 5-year service agreement equal to $10/month for the Smart Camera and Smart Automation Plus plans, and $35/month for the Secure and Control plans, multiplied by the number of months remaining in the service agreement (with a partial month counting as a full month), plus applicable taxes. Rental equipment must be returned in good condition upon cancellation of service, otherwise the replacement cost will be charged to the account. Professional installation fee of $100 applies for all professionally installed plans and customers who subscribe to 1 or more of the following services: post-paid TELUS Mobility, SmartHub or High Speed Internet. The professional installation fee for all other customers is $450. Additional installation fees may apply for extra equipment. This includes installation of automation and security devices, app installation and a walk-test where required. Once your service is activated you will be notified by email within 5 business days that the kit fee has been automatically refunded to your bill.
